What a strand test can show
Test an inconspicuous small section exactly as directed. Observe the color direction, feel of the hair and changes during the specified time.

It does not replace an allergy test
A strand test checks color and hair response; a skin allergy test checks for skin reactions. They serve different purposes and both may be required.

Why the full result may still differ
Gray percentage, strand thickness, damage, previous color and application amount all affect the outcome. Treat the swatch and strand result as guidance, not a guarantee.
