What mixing can change
Colorants, oxidation systems, pH and ratios may differ. Unapproved mixing can create unpredictable color, irritation or hair damage.

Use the container and tools supplied or permitted by the instructions. Do not substitute metal utensils or add old mixture to a new product.

Choose shades or combinations the brand explicitly supports. If the product provides no mixing guidance, do not follow an improvised online formula.
